New "Windows 365 First Win Contest" for partners

Microsoft is introducing a program for eligible partners called the "Windows 365 First Win Contest". The Program is designed to encourage development of partner offers based around Microsoft Windows 365 and to drive increased sales of Microsoft Windows 365 Enterprise, as a standalone product and offer an enhanced training opportunity to partners who meet the qualifications described below. Through the Program, qualifying partners will have the opportunity to send one employee to a Microsoft partner event in Spring 2024, where Microsoft will provide training on Windows 365, Microsoft 365, and Security solutions.

  • Network with your peers and share best practices at Microsoft HQ in Redmond

The award include: 

  • One (1) roundtrip economy airfare from country of residence of the Eligible Partner’s employee to the Microsoft Windows 365 First Win Contest Training Event in Redmond, WA.
  • Attendance at the Event
  • At least two nights’ accommodation for the Eligible Partner’s employee at a hotel of Microsoft’s choice
  • The following meals will be included: two (2) breakfasts, two (2) lunches, and one (1) dinner

Award eligibility and qualifications:

  • Partner must actively sell W365 as part of its regular sales activities which may include digital marketing, social media marketing, outbound sales marketing, or targeted in person marketing activities. 
  • The offering must be publicly promoted; for example, it must be available on Partner’s website, flyer, or customer email campaigns.
  • Partner must be one of the first twenty-five (25) Direct Bill CSP or Indirect Reseller CSP Eligible Partners to sell fifty (50) or more Valid Seats of Windows 365 Enterprise.
  • "Valid Seat" means a new seat that is added to an existing or new tenant. Valid Seats do not include any renewals of existing seats, and such renewals will not count toward meeting the Award Eligibility Criteria.
  • The 50 seats are not limited to one single customer tenant but can be across multiple customers and tenants. 
  • The program term begins on December 1st, 2023 and end on March 31st, 2024. The 50 seats must be maintained until the campaign end date. If you experience seat churns, it is advisable to replace those seats to maintain the 50 seats requirement until March 31st.

New "Windows 365 Build With Program" 

Microsoft is introducing a new "Windows 365 Build With Program" designed to support CSP partners start their Windows 365 practice journey. With the program partners can get support from a Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect, who can assist partners with: 

  • Guiding partners through product overview, partner opportunities and readiness
  • Support sales staff during the initial customer conversation
  • Quarterback for CSP partners during their first Windows 365 deployment
  • Create awareness of the offers, trials and incentives related to Windows 365
  • Windows 365 First Win Contest support
